"I worked for TriNet from Decemeber 2018 to recently. The company was okay but did not challenge me enough and use the skill sets that I had in order to move up. There was very little opportunity to grow in that company."

"Location is not great as they are based out in Dublin. Some decent perks but they don't seem to have many operating levers to choose from to run the actual business. Hopefully they do well as I think they have potential and the new management team seems more engaged than previous leadership which is great to see."

"I worked for TriNet Group, which is an HR Outsourcing company. The company was FANTASTIC to work for, however, the finance department is very disorganized and the processes were never performed the same way twice. Confusing to say the least. We just weren't a good fit for each other."

"The co-workers and family feel of the company are great. The owners of Accord are very caring when it comes to employees."

"Be prepared to focus on just a small area of IT functions. Vertical growth is limited because of this."

What don't you like about working at TriNet?

"The new company wants the IT staff to all be specialized in one or two areas. It is very limiting."

"To allow us to continue to grow and manage more than one area of IT."

"I honestly would not apply at this time as they are still in turmoil and it appears they are trying to relocate all business to Florida."

"I did not like the new management team and obviously the economy did not help the situation."

"Let go of your ego and listen to your employees and customers."

"Gather extensive details in regards to work expectations and hours available for work and travel compensation."

"Management was very negative towards employee advancement and compensation. Work was high volume with very little reward."

"Take a larger interest in rewarding employee work with neccessary compensation."
