"They use high tech solutions to screen applicants, then face to face. Must use txt only resumes."

"Poor management decisions. Unfair, no second chances"

"Follow their culture, we take care of our own."

"I absolutely loved working at Trinet. I was good at what I did. However due to the Recession I was layed off."

"I absolutely loved working with the sales reps and my co-workers in Parsippany and in our San Leandro, CA location. I traveled frequently to CA for team meetings and round table group meetings to improve the proceeses. I also was the Salesforece.com Administrator"

"That I was layed off."

"Management was great. Very open and honest with all their employees."

"Gather extensive details in regards to work expectations and hours available for work and travel compensation."

"Management was very negative towards employee advancement and compensation. Work was high volume with very little reward."

"Take a larger interest in rewarding employee work with neccessary compensation."

"I honestly would not apply at this time as they are still in turmoil and it appears they are trying to relocate all business to Florida."

"I did not like the new management team and obviously the economy did not help the situation."

"Let go of your ego and listen to your employees and customers."

"The co-workers and family feel of the company are great. The owners of Accord are very caring when it comes to employees."

"Be prepared to focus on just a small area of IT functions. Vertical growth is limited because of this."

What don't you like about working at TriNet?

"The new company wants the IT staff to all be specialized in one or two areas. It is very limiting."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To allow us to continue to grow and manage more than one area of IT."

"It's good stuff. Building cool projects with pretty good tech."

"TriNet only pretends to care about its clients. They only care about their share price and getting to 1,000,000 worksite employees."

"They don't work on advanced technology, I had a good manager but the technology and the people I dealt with didn't help me want to go to work. Awesome location. Some of my coworkers were challenging to deal with."
