"Be prepared to focus on just a small area of IT functions. Vertical growth is limited because of this."

What don't you like about working at TriNet?

"The new company wants the IT staff to all be specialized in one or two areas. It is very limiting."

"To allow us to continue to grow and manage more than one area of IT."

Working as a leader of one of those groups, I've seen the success that we can hold, but also the playpen we have been placed in to restrict certain levels of change. Various other departments are combative when asking for assistance. The training was great, however, you don't learn enough to be a success within your first year, that is the reason for high turnover--employees feel overwhelmed."
