What do you like about working at Trillium Center?
"full time and hours of work coinside with husbands hours."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Very poor staff utilization, no educational or advancment opportunities even though it is a governmental regulation of the health field, company will not allow for time off or flexibilty to attend educational opportunities paid for privatly by the employees, company limites the times that employees can take their vacation to those times of year which are best for the company, there is NO feedback provided regarding work performance, I have worked there for 8 years and have had 0 performance reviews even though I have asked for review, no positive feedback or acknowledgement to staff which do a good job."
What don't you like about working at Trillium Center?
"Trillium provides very poor work environment and staff are unhappy."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"listen to staff concerns and try to deal with some of their issues, and provide feedback."
