"Increase share holders wealth. Teach and train employees on logical smart business decisions. Delegate duties whenever possible. Work together as a team between departments and districts toward common goals."

"Don't expect to move up and be prepared to kiss butt to get what recognition you do get because unless you are the brown noser they seek you will stay at store level for ever."
