"They purchased my previous company. They grew too big too fast and did not have the leadership to adapt to the new challenges of increased size. They are working on getting there 2 years later."

"Increase share holders wealth. Teach and train employees on logical smart business decisions. Delegate duties whenever possible. Work together as a team between departments and districts toward common goals."
