"I worked my way through the company from an entry level engineer into a project manager within the flagship service line (only 25 of the 2,500 in the company are in this group and the 25 accout for ~40% of the companies NSR)."

What do you like about working at TRC Engineering?

"They have always given me enough rope to hang me."

"Get everything in writing especially bonus structure."

What don't you like about working at TRC Engineering?

"The internal management structure is very unorganized and disfunctional most of the time. There are few incentives for most of the employees to work hard and go the extra mile."

"Listen to the masses on internal marketing approaches and project execution opportunities."
