"It doesn't matter what I write since my previous team has been exported, but I loved working at Travelocity. Our team had almost complete autonomy and we did what we wanted when we wanted. We built application fast and adapted to new technologies that Travelocity as a whole was yet to implement. It was damn fun working there!"

"they don't really support career growth. there aren't rewards for working hard, and you have to really wrestle to get any sort of raise."

"take more stock in your employees! give them compensation for working harder and be energetic about it. it makes us feel like you care more."
