"Very high turnover. Very authoritarian management. Good technical skills are rated well below conformity to cliques."

"Lighten up. Fire your CIO and work your way down replacing them with technically proficient and likable people."

"Large case load, branch manager that kept employees in the dark and possessed small man syndrome. I worked for two different managers that were not computer saavy but always denounced their employees."

"Be fair and treat employees with respect. Be consistent when dealing with employees in the handling of their job and interaction with one another. Get rid of incompetent mangers such as Mike Brown and human resource prick, Reynolds."
