"I like the people I work with, the enviroment. I like that there is always something new that comes up so I am always learning."

"Present yourself professionally and work hard when you get the position as well as quickly and correctly."

What don't you like about working at TravelCenters of America?

"Some of the business practices, I do not agree with. If a customer is not happy, the first thing they take off the bill is my labor and then I do not get paid for the job I did even if it has nothing to do with there satisfaction on the work I did, it usually has to do with they do not like how high there bill is."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest to corporate to find a more speedy and functional way to pull trucks in to get them serviced, as opposed to them having to sit in the bay for an hour or more before the company authorizes the work."
