"The company has a lot of upper management who only cares about profit and how much money they can keep in their pocket. Calls are stressful and you can never do anything right. Do not be fooled by their entire day of trying to make themselves look good."

"I love everything about working here in Travel Outlook. I don’t think any other company can offer a better work/life balance than this. If ever I need assistance, my colleagues and even Management are readily available so I haven’t encountered any difficulties at all in working here. Expectations were laid out from the get-go so neither party feels that they’re at the losing end."

"It’s been a fun and rewarding experience for me so far. I have more time to spend with my family and no more traffic rush going to and from work. Work was challenging at first, but you just have to stick to your training. Work here long enough and everything becomes second nature."

"When management wants to get something done, they can be quite rude. The opinions of employees or their personal lives don't matter much. I felt I was neglected here. They pushed me to work on the weekends also."

"Remote work set-up so it’s safe. Also, this set up allows me to do things other than work. Standards are high and my former co-workers resented this. But the company provides the necessary training so I don’t really see why this was a problem for them. For me, this has been a really comfortable way of breaking in the hotel industry - a nice first step to a rewarding career in hospitality."

"The management needs to understand one simple thing if you want employees to improve the quality of the calls, you need to pay us more. You can't pay a small amount and expect us to deliver superior quality time and again. Also, the work pressure and stringent monitoring need to be halted immediately."
