"I'm extremely grateful for the opportunity to work from home. It has given me greater control over my personal life by eradicating the time spent commuting to and from the office. It's an impressive approach that has greatly enhanced my work-life balance."
"Looking at the company's system and how management was uninvolved with the employees, having a future seems terrible and non-existent."
"This job provides a wonderful opportunity to maintain a healthy work-life balance. The company also places great emphasis on training and guidance, ensuring that employees have the resources and knowledge to excel in their roles. Overall, the work environment fosters collaboration, personal growth, and a sense of balance between professional and personal life."
"The work atmosphere is toxic because the management is toxic. Most of the managers are rude and have problematic attitudes. They always yell at employees who commit mistakes, and they verbally abuse any employee who does not follow what they say."
"The accessibility of the management team is impressive, which facilitates effective communication and promotes unity among the staff. The company's focus on continuous learning and development, coupled with its flexible work arrangements, has been a significant benefit to my professional growth."
"Working from home has saved me a lot of money and time. It also allows me to balance my family needs with working a lot easier. The training they provide is excellent, you’re set up for success so even at the beginning it was never overwhelming. Management is also supportive and checks in with you. Overall it’s been a positive experience so far!"
"Leadership that's more toxic than helpful. Avoid it for now - The leadership is terrible. The managers here are weak and unwilling to improve. I don't see any reason to join this company given how insane the management is. Avoid it for now."
"MISERABLE PLACE! If you value yourself, DON'T work here! Negative culture. Never a happy place to be. Directors care about themselves and themselves only. They just don't care. If you work hard they only work you harder and the ones that don't and are lazy get rewarded and get away with everything. I wish I could give the company less than 1 star because it's what they deserve."
"I’ve always dreamt of working in the leisure industry and Travel Outlook offered me the ideal opportunity to do just that."
"Excellent opportunity in the hospitality industry. Unbeatable in terms of comfort, convenience, and compensation."
"This job provides the best work-life balance you could ask for. Unlike other remote jobs, we have all the perks and advantages of working in the office, right from the comfort of our own homes."
"If you're asked to join the Travel Outlook team, reject the offer at all costs. Management will make your life a living hell if you don't suck up to them. Employees were written up or fired for reporting sexual harassment. I have never worked for such unethical people. I wish I had read the reviews others wrote before I worked in this company. This is hands down one of the worst jobs I have ever had."
"Working here helps me to combine my home life with my job, which is a great way to supplement my income. When you first start, management is helpful and walks you through the procedures step by step. There are sufficient job hours available, and the company is employee-oriented."
"Awful Training Meant a Terrible Job Experience - The first few days in a new company are critical. They were awful due to the terrible training offered by an arrogant person. This horrible person never lets employees ask questions or clarify their doubts. It was ridiculous. BEWARE!"
"I thought working from home would be great, but it's as terrible and as stressful as working on site! What makes it worse though, is the awful lack of opportunity and being stuck in the same position for as long as you don't quit, which is quite HORRIBLE!"
