"I would tell the supervisors to stop encouraging and entertaining the gossipers and people that purposely cause others harm and ill will"

"Be aware of what you're getting yourself into. If pay is what you're after, cool. If not...go elsewhere."

"The work itself. It's boring, too easy, no opportunities matching my skills. Takes too long to make full time, and even full time is time consuming. Work is very stressful, I don't feel like I get support from my bosses, they don't really care about employees"

"I would give recent college graduates opportunities to lend their talents and skills to the organization, more flexibility in duties, opportunities to learn more about homeland security."
