"I would suggest that enyone that would like to work for Logisticare need to be able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment."
What don't you like about working at LogistiCare?
"I did not like having to hear so many persons complain on a daily basis that they were not able to qualify for Medicaid."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest that the management work more closely with the state of MS to ensure that everyone that should qualify for Mediaid receives it."

"Family owned local company. Steady employment, challenging issues daily. Great team of associates to work with."

"Be honest, talk about team environment. They are big on safety. Be prepared to talk about your accomplishments in prior jobs."

"High Stress, hit hard by the rescession, layoffs, unkown plans for the future."

"Share information, with the passing of Tom Stewart the owner, you need to share the vision for the future and where the company is going to be."

"I enjoyed the fast pace and the everyday events that required immediate attention. There was always something going on and I enjoyed that."

"make sure you get credit for the extra effort that you contribute. Everyone there works very hard and most of them are underappreciated."
What don't you like about working at Dutchmen Manufacturing?
"We were removed from Crop and that was both a blessing and a curse. They didn't know how hard we worked and we did not get credit for the effort we put forth."

"work on getting shortages caught up before month end and even sales out through out the month to also help with month end."
