"I've worked in the furniture industry for years and Ashley Furniture for a few months. The managers are supportive and salespeople motivated. Customer service is always difficult, but I enjoy solving the problems that our guests have and getting them as good of an outcome as possible."

"At first, this company seemed really supportive and I was happy to be apart of the team. It was not long after that I noticed the lack of training provided and poor working environment including the computer systems/printers. I do not recommend working at this company to anyone."

"I started work for Ashley Furniture in 2013 , I would say my work ethics were very on point. Always looking for more to do once my tasks were finished, continuously took the initiative to always get the job done. Filing, copying, inventory, inbound and outbound calls, and setting appointments along with dealing with a lot of customer relations issues."
