What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more professional, it was run more of a mom and pop shop. The president and VP would talk down to agents and make them feel lower than dirt sometimes. I'm not surprised at all of the sexual harrassment cases they have."

What do you like about working at TransFirst?

"B2B sales experience, opportunity for moderate income $60-100k is ok."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Train people before they start working. Take an active interest in people - I used to hear people all day long doing a horrible job on the phones, lying unintentionally because managers don't care enough to listen to their own employees do their job. Coach people positively - less threatening, less criticizing people in front of other employees. Respect people who have been there a long time - people with years of experience were getting the same threats and lack of respect as first week people. Hire and Fire mentality - the 1st week attrition rate in my group was 50%1st month 80% 2nd month 90% 3+ months 95%. This place is just a toxic waste dump for everybody. I legitimately only know of a 2-3 people who were happy there from reps to management level. The company was so backwards. The VP of sales did no coaching, nothing useful, his sole purpose is firing and threatening people. With a person like this driving the sales force through fear and threats, at a solely sales driven organization, how are they still running"
