"Company was in a constant state of change and flux. Didn't know who your drect manager was from time to time. HR Dept in LA was non-existent during my tenure. Clientr came before employee"

"Assign a manager - there waere no direct managers for months at a time."

"Don't bother if you are not from a leading business school. An MBA a must, preferably from Harvard of Stanford."

"Partners coming and going. Project Managers became Project Partners. Partners would take their equity and leave, creating new vacancies."
