"They are a publicly traded company and has to react to the demands of wall street and if capital funding dries up, they have to immedately react. Translation - layoffs."

"Pursuit of projects and percentage of landing projects should be a part of their annual reviews and heavily weighted in the calculation of compensation."

"I liked the transition support when our contract ended. It was the best I ever had."

"The lack of expertise with technical/maintenance support within the upper management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Start a yellow pages to include all personnel. The content would include the Account name, Manager, technical expertise of each high level technician, and and what trades are being deployed. Distribute it every three months to each account as it is updated and let the local accounts utilize this tool if help is needed to prevent the loss of an account due to incompetence."
