"The team I worked for was great, but the opportunities for advancement are rare, unless you are part of the upper management click. They try to create a good working environment and culture, but really no company support financially, so it ends up being pretty lame. No real bonuses and raises are minimal."
"TracyLocke was an incredible employer! As an intern, they took us in with open arms. It is very casual while also being equally professional. All of the other employees were very welcoming. There were of course the office perks of snacks, bagels and drinks. But I learned so much! The work that TL cranks out is amazing and they're extremely passionate about what they do."
"I've been with TracyLocke for almost 2 years. The company is filled with good, smart, talented people, and the culture is very good. It's a fantastic place for a young creative to get their career started, as the opportunities and exposure to big brands like, Pepsi, Gatorade and HP are excellent. The only really big drawback to TracyLocke is they tend to be on the lower end of the pay scale compared to other competing agencies. This poses many challenges in employee retention, and often results in the loss of good, talented people. However, they have a brand new CEO who seems ready and willing to take that issue head-on."
"Great place to work, fun projects, nice people, good pay and decent benefits. Free bagels Wednesdays and Beer Fridays are always nice."
"Good company to work for. Very creative, laid back, people are nice, pay and benefits are decent."
"Great company to work for. Everyone works very hard. Need a better salesforce to bring on new clients. We shouldn't rest on the clients we have. There is so much talent in this agency, new clients would love the creativity and experience."
"best years of my life"
