What don't you like about working at FedEx?
"Until Today Nothing, Due to a Severe Back Injury it have near Impossible to obtain a Job back with them. I have 20 plus years experience with Above Average reviews, Achieved and completed management taining program, and was also asked to allow VP, VIPS, and Sales Persons to Join me on my day to day operations."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Treat Personal as you yourself would like to be treated. Also do not always asume that personal interests are best for the company."

What do you like about working at Schneider National?
"The freedom of the open road, the smell of diesel, traffic jams, people cutting you off, the occasional colorful metaphors and the bird. All kidding aside, it was a different kind of job to pursue."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Know what you want to get out of a position that promises more then what you bargain for. This really is a good job, and there is a lot more to it than just driving a truck from location to location. But you do have to work, and drive a lot to make a good living. If you have family, a local run is something you want to direct your attention too,or probably a dedicated run, An OTR is a lonely drive, great money, but long times away from home and family.Attend a company that offers training as part of it's program, in the long run even if you have to dedicate 1 year of service to that organization, you'll gain road experience and time management skills that will take you far into the environment of a truck driver, landing you other opportunities with other companies that indicate that they pay you more for what you are worth."
What don't you like about working at Schneider National?
"I've nothing bad to say about the company. It was well organized and the training met all the requirements to become successful as a driver. It just wasn't something that I wanted to pursue as a career."

"Management was fine"

"The pay was okay. I actually was there long enough to get a raise."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This is ultimately a temp agency. There are no long term drivers employed there. If you get two years of employment out of it, you've done good."
What don't you like about working at UPS?
"The accident policy is not fair. If you have an accident you will be terminated, whether you're at fault or not."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should be selected with the drivers in mind. For example: A driver manager should have previous driving experience as a driver."
