"Advacement is very few and far between, you hit the ceiling in position and salary quick. Still a very primitive company in many ways, of tech, customer service, and associate relations."

"Faster growth. Find a business and stay with it. They seem to have to many departments. A little of everything is too much yet we seem not to have what people are looking for due to space given to things we do not need."
