"TPX has changed as the new acquiring management deployed. It did not get better. They are not transparent - as they repeatedly claim to be."

"I have worked at TPx for 12 years. The people on the ground doing the work are great and deserve better than how they are treated. Benefits are standard. There is a tendency for good ideas to get steamrolled due to deadlines or inconvenience from people who have grown comfortable. Often the business decides to do the easiest thing instead of the best thing to ensure future growth and sustainability."

"Excellent products that work very well once installed. The installation process is excellent for my large accounts. Tech support really steps up. pricing can be a bit difficult to sell. Recently sold to an investment company."

"I've worked with TPx Communications since 2014 (previously DSCI before a merger in 2016). The company has amazing potential but continues to be hobbled by the executive management team that micromanages the company. The fact that this company is still in business is a testament to the frontline tier 1/2 employees and middle management who routinely go above and beyond."
