"The comp plan is very lucrative and the product set is good. You have the ability to jump up the ladder and grow your career. In management, you have to get on a weekly call with executives and directors in the company which can be stressful at times and the installation and provisioning can is average at best. Sales is down on the direct channel side and has been all year."
