3.1I've worked with TPx Communications since 2014 (previously DSCI before a merger in 2016). The company has amazing potential but continues to be hobbled by the executive management team that micromanages the company. The fact that this company is still in business is a testament to the frontline tier 1/2 employees and middle management who routinely go above and beyond.
2.6I have worked at TPx for 12 years. The people on the ground doing the work are great and deserve better than how they are treated. Benefits are standard. There is a tendency for good ideas to get steamrolled due to deadlines or inconvenience from people who have grown comfortable. Often the business decides to do the easiest thing instead of the best thing to ensure future growth and sustainability.
4.2The comp plan is very lucrative and the product set is good. You have the ability to jump up the ladder and grow your career. In management, you have to get on a weekly call with executives and directors in the company which can be stressful at times and the installation and provisioning can is average at best. Sales is down on the direct channel side and has been all year.
