"everything you do is a test for the boss to keep you or fire you. Everyone is scared to keep their jobs"

"To work closer with their creatives or at least not to micromanage if you don't understand the creative side of that industry."

"I've been working at Trailer Park for almost 4 years and I still enjoy coming to work each day. It is a great full-service advertising agency in the heart of Hollywood. Recently the digital department has been in flux, and while new opportunities for growth are there, things can get quite unorganized at times."

"Although this company has access to high profile work and clients, they do not seek to encourage the innovation they claim to poses. They are just a factory pumping out slightly above average mediocrity. True innovation and respect for proper workflow is minimal and often promises made to employees about their work timelines are broken. Top level executives in certain Entertainment Marketing departments are petty and unprofessional as a result. This company tends to have high turnover rates."
