Technical Lead

"I've been working at Trailer Park for almost 4 years and I still enjoy coming to work each day. It is a great full-service advertising agency in the heart of Hollywood. Recently the digital department has been in flux, and while new opportunities for growth are there, things can get quite unorganized at times."

Trailer Park Studios Employee

"Although this company has access to high profile work and clients, they do not seek to encourage the innovation they claim to poses. They are just a factory pumping out slightly above average mediocrity. True innovation and respect for proper workflow is minimal and often promises made to employees about their work timelines are broken. Top level executives in certain Entertainment Marketing departments are petty and unprofessional as a result. This company tends to have high turnover rates."

"The company has big problems in executing technical projects. The senior leadership is not experienced in doing real technology products and all projects are under red. Recently lots of senior level leadership left the company, forcing the company to lay off producers and developers."
