The President looks for results and is watching out the $, it's his right, it's his company. I love the freedom of being creative and resourceful, and the exposure to a wide range of challenges. People are professional and fun to work with, I met good friends here. Salaries are good and rewarding."

What do you like about working at TPR Holdings?

"Company has innovative brands that provide a rewarding challenge.Competitive salary and benefits. Paid holidays."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Look around the offic and observe the people there - but the human resource lady will not let you do it. Talk to people that are employed or have left. TPR gets people that have lost their jobs elsewhere and likes to put on a show. Keep in mind the saying Form over Substance, I would suggest reaching out to people through linkedin."

What don't you like about working at TPR Holdings?

"The CEO and COO talk down to their employees and micro manage their schedule. There are superficial jestures - such as cupcakes for birthdays, but this is off set by the way people are treated. When you walk through TPR's office it is lie walking through a morgue - people are discouraged from talking to one another. Also if you have to see a doctor - well that is a problem. The general perception is that it is a white collar sweat shop."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat people with dignity and respect!!! Pay your bills to outside services - marketing and supply chain departments spend much of their time explaining why payments have not been received for services rendered."
