"They are not a good place to work for contractors. They basically want to have their cake and eat it too. No matter how much your responsibilities change or promotions, etc expect no more than a 3% raise each year."
"Very good company to work for. Family owned and operated providing a comfortable and rewarding career."
"Good place, nice people, great environment."
"I've been employed with Toyota of Santa Barbara since 2012. I started off in a sales position and due to my work ethic and ability to follow through with tasks, I was offered a promotion after only a year. I work with over 70 other employees, and management always takes care of our needs as they arise."
"Great place to work! Good environment and friendly team."
"Rotating shifts can be challenging."

"I worked for Toyota-Lift of Los Angeles for 5 and 1/2 years, found the management to be micro-management style and quickly making decisions without much planning. Strong growth potential if allowed to move naturally."
"12 year at TMS. Company is tremendously supportive of its employees. Associates tend to be "lifers" with strong commitments to corporate and community. A little conservative at times, but changing. Technology associates and solutions are becoming more and more progressive with innovative opportunities encouraged."
"It is a okay place to work but they don't want to fix major issues with cars before selling."
"I worked for Jorgensen for 2 years and they were a good company to work for that cared about their employees. The company was subcontracted by Toyota Motor Sales and so we had to abide by their rules but Jorgensen made sure that we were all taken care of and not treated poorly and at the same time we gave the quality of work that is expected. My experience with Jorgensen was a good one and I would recommend anyone to work for that company."
"Toyota overall is a good company. Unfortunately the ability to seek promotional opportunities are limited."
"Love it! Great benefits provided for employes. Great chances to move up and advnace. Excellent working enviorment. Bosses are very nice and supportive"
