"TEP is a wonderful, fast-growing company that has been making large strides in the Telecom Engineering Industry. The company has fantastic vision and its senior leadership team is keeping the company going in the right direction under the CEO, Andrew Haldane. The only drawbacks I see come from a lack of management training for the project leads and managers. They are young and often underutilize their employees, which is slowing each division's growth. The company has continued to thrive due to an influx of cash from investors as well as acquisitions."

"I've worked for TEP for 4 years. I've found that it's not a company that will be loyal to you no matter how loyal you are to them. If you want a company that cares about you, then go somewhere else. It's a good company for maybe 1-2 years of experience, but not much else. The more you try to do right by the company, the more they will do you wrong. When it comes time for advancement, they will advance the people that have less experience over the people that have more experience."
