TEP is always looking for dedicated employees who are looking for growth and who have drive. That is what is needed for this company as they continue to grow. "I've worked for TEP for 4 years. I've found that it's not a company that will be loyal to you no matter how loyal you are to them. If you want a company that cares about you, then go somewhere else. It's a good company for maybe 1-2 years of experience, but not much else. The more you try to do right by the company, the more they will do you wrong. When it comes time for advancement, they will advance the people that have less experience over the people that have more experience."
