"I worked for Toshiba and was impressed in how my Manager managed a budget for our overall project which had no affect on the companies over all budget.My Manager spear headed our project, prepared the environment and users for the Migration to successfully complete.We used advanced tool by Dell/Quest which he paid for with the budget mentioned above."

"The whole management team needs to be on the same page."

"maybe high pressure, especially at release stage and debug stage"

"listen more from below, and make up mind as quickly as possible"

"The people. The folks at Toshiba dare wonderful people, my husband and I spend weekends with co-workers"

"Its a self starter job. You pretty much have to figure out what is going on and who you need to know who can help you."

"I have 4 bosses over the 8 years and it has been a bit of a challenge. My current boss and her boss don't really see the value of creativity"

"Acknowledge and reward outstanding effort. Sometimes a few words of encouragement can often have a huge effect on employee morale"
