"The people. The folks at Toshiba dare wonderful people, my husband and I spend weekends with co-workers"

"Its a self starter job. You pretty much have to figure out what is going on and who you need to know who can help you."

What don't you like about working at Toshiba?

"I have 4 bosses over the 8 years and it has been a bit of a challenge. My current boss and her boss don't really see the value of creativity"

"Acknowledge and reward outstanding effort. Sometimes a few words of encouragement can often have a huge effect on employee morale"

"For most of my contract tenure, I had nonexistent technical supervision and direction."
