"Relaxed environment, good transparency from top level down, honest management"

"Be sure you want a position that will put you in charge of a system with little to no assistance, and clarify what work the company intends for you to do, it may not be what the job position you applied to implies"
What don't you like about working at Petroglyph Games?
"Production control is very soft, leading to a lack of focus. Departments are often at odds with each other, and time is wasted on efforts deemed worthwhile one week and uneeded the next. Ownership is considered a great pride to the point of knowledge being concentrated only in the minds of original designers."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Production should dictate, not mediate. Staff needs to work more as a team and less as a group of freelancers."

"I don't for see anymore room for growth or a defined direction in which I would be headed."

"Having to commute so far to have affordable living in the standard I'm accustomed too. Living so far away from family."

"Management has this company well under control. Strong business plan and personel to meet those goals."

"The environment is fantastic. There is a family mentality with all the guys I work with."

"Previously, I wore a suit and tie to my interview. I dont know how the current management would view this, but do it anyway."
What don't you like about working at Pankl?
"There have been drastic changes going on which make the experience quite a bit different from the company I was hired into."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To save money we there have been drastic changes lately to see what works and what doesnt. I believe we should fine tune what we have been doing. Before these drastic changes we made extremely high quality parts, due to the changes and the inherant stresses placed upon everyone, part quality has suffered."

"Nothing special. Be ready with questions as well as the work expertise you have."

"The wages don't grow with some other competitor companies."

"The management at the company should look and see what their employees doing. This way they can promote their employees to the market."
