"Previously, I wore a suit and tie to my interview. I dont know how the current management would view this, but do it anyway."

"There have been drastic changes going on which make the experience quite a bit different from the company I was hired into."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To save money we there have been drastic changes lately to see what works and what doesnt. I believe we should fine tune what we have been doing. Before these drastic changes we made extremely high quality parts, due to the changes and the inherant stresses placed upon everyone, part quality has suffered."
