3.7I have worked for Tolmar for three years. Having previously worked for a very large pharmaceutical company, Tolmar was a nice change in that the company is growing and 'learning' as a whole, how to become a larger business entity. I've enjoyed being a part of that process, by providing my experiences and giving input to the direction the company is headed.
2.5Most individuals in management roles are not competent and lead by intimidating their employees and taking credit for other people's work. Tolmar is losing employees at a faster rate than they can replace them, and those left behind are working 50-60 hours a week trying to keep the place afloat. I would be surprised if the company is not bought out in the next few years.
4.5I worked for Tolmar for nearly eight years. The experience I gained there was invaluable. Tolmar is a fast-paced, high-energy environment which I thrived in.
Tolmar had 18 different departments which gave me great experience in managing a variety of IT needs.
