"I didn't like the opportunity for growth. Management is very flat, so there is little room for vertical growth within the company."

"No suggestions. With the economy going the way it has been, I feel they did great."

What don't you like about working at TOKO?

"There were many, many reports and conference calls and I was on call 24/7 because of my work with Asian as well as European customers. While it was a necessary undertaking, the company could use some improvement in this area."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to understand that one of a company's greatest strengths is human capital. Without it, relationships won't work and issues are not quickly resolved ultimately driving down business."
