"I've worked in corporate TMX for more than six years. The people are fun, enthusiastic, and care about each other. The pay is way below competitive, no personal days, and the performance eval program is not enforced. So how do you get promoted? How do you earn a bonus? You have to jump from dept to dept, it's the only way to get ahead, but now you run the risk of starting from scratch and rebuilding relationships with a new set of people each jump. Super high workloads everywhere. Nice people, but I wouldn't recommend them."

This company pays pretty well but they run through people and its very difficult to recruit good people to come and work for them. I'm good with changes but this company will change something on the fly without any type of notice."
