"I've worked in corporate TMX for more than six years. The people are fun, enthusiastic, and care about each other. The pay is way below competitive, no personal days, and the performance eval program is not enforced. So how do you get promoted? How do you earn a bonus? You have to jump from dept to dept, it's the only way to get ahead, but now you run the risk of starting from scratch and rebuilding relationships with a new set of people each jump. Super high workloads everywhere. Nice people, but I wouldn't recommend them."

"I have enjoyed most of my time with the company. Over the past decade they really have enhanced online training and various learning. The only real downfall that I see is above store leadership is not consistent. In less than 10 years I've seen no less than seven regional vice presidents for the state of Illinois. The company has a belief that every store has the same variables and that's not correct, Illinois is the most challenging state to do title lending. Georgia is not Illinois and Illinois is not Georgia, If you've worked for the company you understand what that means."
