"Dishonest management, bad policies, inconsistent disciplinary action."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stick to the rules, and perhaps notify people when you change their schedule suddenly after months of working the same shift. Also if you are going to reprimand someone for attendance afterwards, don't let the rest of the employees get away with the same thing."
