"Lack of direction, T-Mobile had a couple of time to capitalize on mistakes from other carriers but did not have the vision to make it happen."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start looking at performers in the company instead of yes men and women. Idea's start for the bottom, asking managers what they think is pointless, because most of the time they are on the computer looking at numbers to tell reps how they are doing compared to everyone else instead of developing them."
