"Average salary. Some Saturday and holiday work required, not paid for the Saturdays. Esop is good. Company 401k match is next to nothing. Bonus program, but don’t count on it, it changes yearly and sometimes taken away. Very stressful and tense situations almost daily. Good management experience. Upper management is out of touch with their people, not friendly, and not willing to listen to ideas or concerns-instead talk down to you."

"I've interned and worked at TMC for a total of 2 years. It's been a great experience. The tech stack can feel a bit outdated depending on the project, but they're always pushing to try new things."

"To anyone who is interested in working with TMC. I personally would not recommend it. In my personal experience, since the first day of orientation. I was harassed, disrespected and discriminated against. I was also informed that they don't like to hire fat people because they cannot do the job. Eventually I was terminated for no apparent reason. Other than the fact that I don't fit in. Whatever that may mean.  I don't know if it was because of my weight, brown skin or because I don't have any military background. But one thing I do know is that I would not recommend TMC to anyone."

"I gave 2 weeks notice. When the 2 weeks were up, I called them and asked where did they want me to turn in the truck at. They said that I had to continue to drive it till they can get me to a terminal. When I refused to continue to work for them they called state police and reported the truck stolen. I had to actually hand over the keys to the state police to not be arrested. They came and took the truck and reported it abandoned on DAC. Worst company ever."
