Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"TI is a large company, so it all depends on the departments a person is applying to and the managers involved. If someone is applying for the FCS Laboratory (where I worked) I would just suggest showing the managers involved that you can work efficiently and quickly, especially under time constraints, but also that you do not get uptight and anxious about your work. The work can seem quite daunting at times, however the lab seems to keep itself fairly stress-free, and I, as well as several other employees, felt this was key to maintaining a good working environment."

What don't you like about working at TI Automotive?

"The pay was mediocre, however since I was still in school at the time I could understand this. Other than that, TI was a great place to work. I really don't have any complaints."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My manager at TI did a great job, especially with all of the running around that was required of him. The lab was run very efficiently. If there was time and money, I might suggest a switch-over to a more standardized data collection system, and appropriate training courses."
