Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure that you emphasize your experience selling software solutions if possible. They want people who have an interest in e-Discovery. Learn as much as possible about it. They are trying to move towards the e-Discovery marketplace big-time!"

What don't you like about working at Thomson Reuters?

"They seem to always be in a mode of finding ways to drive out sales reps. They have no idea of how to use the talent they have available and seem to be in mode of playing games with people in order to discharge them. It's crazy."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop and look at what made the company great in the first place. If they'd stop screwing with salespeople's earnings and slamming them with new territories and quotas all of the time it would be a better job. Give people some time off."
