"The line of communication from the front line of sales to the Sr. Management group is often distorted by the multiple layers and complexities that a request must travel from one end to the other. Thomson often finds itself trying to act like a small company but hits a brick wall with its size and infrastructure. Too many people to accomplish an easy task."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Condense the multiple layers of management to help streamline the decision making process and to connect the C-level closer to the customers."
