"I have worked at Thomas Jefferson since 2017 the location of the university is great and the benefits provided is also great, however it is impossible to move up within the university. Even you qualify for a better position the listed salary is not offer to employee who are already working for Jefferson. They tend to offer current employee only 15% increased."

"I've worked in Thomas Jefferson University since September 2009. I have found that it is a very friendly place for graduate students and postdocs, with good resources both for science and for social and career development. A lot depends on the lab you choose, so choose wisely, but most PIs will treat you right."
