"Pros: diversity, GREAT people - white and blue-collar, big facility, many products (OSD). Cons: Quality is not funded well (not enough staffing) so discouraged workers on the Quality side, worn out. Same problems/issues over and over again Upper-level management on the Quality side is disconnected from real issues, making decisions without input from those below in professional positions."
