"Some managers never acknowledge you are around. Some hate that you are in control of certain duties and make your life horrible.im a team player and innovative. Some employees also have an issue with that."

"Treat employees just a bit better and with more respect!"

"Occasional travel to other locations to complete various projects and the people in the Auburn location are good people."

"I've worked for Thermo Fisher Scientific since 2012 when we were Patheon and hadn't been acquired by Thermo yet. Working in the Pharmaceutical Development Services group was great and has been the best work experience in my career. The Commercial side can be very revenue-focused, sometimes at the expense of quality."

"They are very dis-organized. The management team does not communicate with others."

"Got back to t he basic before you lose all your customers and get organized"

"Stay away from Clinical Aria LC-MS; it is not LC-MS it is only LC and enormous amounts of it. Beware of Burlington, NC's Tox R&D dept! The pay is great but at what cost to your personal & family life if you work average of 65+ hr/wk. Plus, management does not support FSE's when it comes to Big Clinical accounts! The new & hard working FSE's do all the heavy lifting; the veteran (+15yr) FSE are the only ones with easy work & job security."

"I would Hire more people before forcing everyone into countless hours of unwanted overtime. Also give priority to your full time employees not temps."

"I've worked at Thermo Fisher nearly four years. There are certainly pluses and minuses of working for such a large company. I thought it would be a great place to grow and develop, but find it extremely challenging to get outside of your division, or even sometimes BU. They provide good development programs, but don't really go anywhere on support beyond training."
