"Give more weight to what the EHS specialist needs and you'll reduce your costs"

"Pros: diversity, GREAT people - white and blue-collar, big facility, many products (OSD). Cons: Quality is not funded well (not enough staffing) so discouraged workers on the Quality side, worn out. Same problems/issues over and over again Upper-level management on the Quality side is disconnected from real issues, making decisions without input from those below in professional positions."

"There is no room for growth in the company, and I cannot come out of a temp postion."

"I feel like he needs to hire a new full time employee than the new temps that come in and out and have to be trained."

"I've been with the company since November 2013 in the QA department. Overall, very well organized GMP environment. Work is very challenging with no room for errors. So far love it. People are great just that salary could be better."

"Dress for sales and marketing position, strong hand shake, look interviewer in the eyes, and maintain good, open body language"

"I did not like the amount of unnessary travel, trips required at least two and half days ,and lack of documented procedures."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Prepare and keep current desktop procedures, maintain current files on commission plans, and more involvement with process improvements"
