Engineering Technology Instructor

"Texas State Technical College is the only state-funded technical college in the state of Texas. The organization is laser-focused on helping students build skillsets that lead to gainful employment. Working as an instructor has great benefits beyond pay and health-care (though the health package is awesome). Seeing students graduate and earn a better living for themselves than they had previously hoped is very rewarding."

"Working at TSTC for 3 years now, I can honestly say the company has its major pros and cons. My coworkers that I interact with on a daily basis are great people, but the administration has a very business oriented mindset that clashes with the academic environment they're trying to run."
