"The work environment was very dynamic with a lot of scope for personal development and training. There was a lot of scope for learning and understanding different activities related to chemical engineering. I got the opportunity to work under a very motivating and co-operative leadership."

"The compensation needs a little work as the department lacked funds to support the entire team. The projects were trifle. Less scope for research publications"

"Improvement in the number of projects in the department, more compensation to support larger groups/teams of research assistants."
