"It's really challenging and aspiring to be selected for Graduate Research Assistant role at Texas A&M University - Commerce. This entitled me to develop my own software as a part of my thesis work. Only fortunate and skilled people with interest get this role to work under the guidance of esteemed doctorate professors in the computer science department. Overall I would say no other role can be best fit as part time job for a student doing masters."

"A&M at Commerce made sure that even if they didn't pay you well, the job was worth it; the environment was open, management was great, and your job was always considered important, no matter who you were or what position you worked."

"I loved the environment, the open and dedicated structure of management, and the trust that was put in your abilities. If an employee said they could do something, it was trusted that they could. I also enjoyed the various employee and corporate retreats, as well as the pro-deals that were offered."

"Commerce is all about energy and drive. Know your material, what is required for the position, and be prepared to do your job to the best of your ability. Be enthusiastic and always support your coworkers."
What don't you like about working at Texas A&M University?
"The pay left something to be desired, but it was a college position so it was not a big deal."

"The management at Commerce has a great thing going on, just don't loose track that it is supposed to be a fun environment and take yourself too seriously."
